These terms apply to all purchases made through oalm.store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. Sales are only available to customers within Sweden and the EU.
When you complete an order with us, a contract is formed between you and oalm.store. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided during the purchase.
All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. We offer several payment options via PayPal or Klarna. Payment must be completed before delivery takes place.
We only deliver within Sweden and the EU. The delivery time is normally 6-10 business days within Sweden and 6-10 business days within other EU countries.
A shipping fee will be added and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
If the delivery is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible. You have the right to cancel the purchase in case of significant delays.
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. The product must be returned in undamaged condition, and you, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping. Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the full amount within a few business days.
If a product is defective or damaged, you have the right to file a complaint. Send us a message describing the issue and attach pictures of the damage, and we will get back to you with further instructions for returning the product and possible refunds or replacements.
Oalm.store is not liable for any indirect damages, loss of data, or other losses that may occur in connection with the use of the website or the purchase of our products.
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which complies with GDPR. Your information is only used to process and deliver your order.
Oalm.store reserves the right to change these terms at any time. The updated terms will apply from the moment they are published on the website and will only affect orders placed thereafter.
